Here are some of the healthiest snack options that support weight loss goals.

    Fresh fruits are among the top choices for a nutritious snack. Apples, berries, and oranges offer natural sweetness along with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. For instance, a medium apple contains about 95 calories and 4 grams of fiber, promoting satiety and aiding digestion. Similarly, berries like blueberries and strawberries are low in calories and rich in antioxidants, making them ideal for snacking.

    Vegetables paired with healthy dips are another excellent option. Carrot sticks, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips served with hummus or Greek yogurt-based dips provide a satisfying crunch and a boost of protein and fiber. A quarter-cup (60 ml) of hummus contains approximately 100 calories and healthy fats, which help maintain energy levels.
