What is your favorite dish on the menu?
One of my favorite dishes on the menu has to be the classic spaghetti carbonara. There's something incredibly comforting about the combination of al dente pasta, creamy sauce, and crispy pancetta. The richness of the egg yolks mixed with the sharpness of Pecorino Romano cheese creates a perfect balance of flavors. I love how simple ingredients can come together to create such a satisfying meal.
The key is in the technique—tossing the hot pasta with the sauce just right so that it coats each strand without scrambling the eggs. When it's done well, the dish feels indulgent yet light at the same time. I also appreciate how versatile it is; you can add peas or mushrooms for a twist, or keep it traditional for that authentic taste.
Pairing it with a glass of white wine elevates the experience even more. Overall, spaghetti carbonara is a dish that never fails to bring a smile to my face, reminding me of cozy dinners and good company.
